Chairperson Rosey Koberlein focuses on strategic planning for the company’s direction and growth both organically and through acquisitions. With nearly 35 years of real estate experience, Rosey has served in branch and senior management positions, including CEO, within Long Realty Company since 1991.

Prior to joining Long Realty Company, Rosey served as a branch manager at Mason McDuffie Financial Corporation in Northern California and Director of Employment and Training programs for the City of Cleveland, Ohio. Rosey received her Masters of Public Administration from Kent State University and is a Certified Residential Broker.
Rosey plays an active role in the Tucson community with Pima County Real Estate Research Council, and Sun Corridor, the Economic Development Organization. She is also a member of the Tucson Airport Authority.
Rosey serves on the board of directors of the Southern Arizona Leadership Council, serves on the board of directors for the YWCA; is an active member of Women at the Top (WATT); and is a proud participant in the Long Realty Cares Foundation, a philanthropic organization that provides a venue for Long Realty sales associates and employees to collectively contribute to enhance the quality of life in Arizona.
In 2004, Rosey was awarded by Tucson Association of Realtors for her outstanding service, and in 2005, recognized as one of Tucson’s “Women of Influence” by Inside Tucson Business. In March 2010, Rosey was honored with the YWCA’s “Women on the Move” award for her achievements in the workplace and the community. Beginning in 2014, Rosey has been recognized each year through 2020 by the Swanepoel Power 200 (SP200) Most Powerful People in Real Estate. In August 2015, she was named the 50 Most Influential Women in Arizona by AZ Big Media. In November 2015, she was awarded Woman of the Year by Greater Tucson Leadership. In December 2018, RIS Media Real Estate article, “Meet RISMedia’s 2019 Real Estate Newsmakers” named Rosey as one of the Iconic Leaders. In 2021, Rosey was chosen to be a member of the 2021 RISMedia Real Estate Newsmakers Hall of Fame
A Pennsylvania native, Rosey resides in Tucson’s Foothills area, where she enjoys cooking, traveling, walking her dog, Sadie, and taking pride in the success of her employee’s professional and personal lives.
