I enjoy this business because it calls for great problem solving while constantly learning new things. Having owned several large businesses, I have learned time management and the importance of crisis management. I rely on those skills on a daily basis in real estate and they allow me to really take care of my clients and be their knowledgeable resource. I am a tell-it-like-it-is person, whether good news or bad, it is important my clients know me to be a transparent and honest advisor. With this, I also offer possible solutions to difficult situations or issues. An important part of getting your home sold is the marketing behind it. One of my strengths is just that; highlighting the positives and marketing your home in its best light for potential buyers. Once the buyer is found, its all about negotiation. I go above and beyond to work out the things that are most important to both my buyers and sellers so they feel great about their new purchase or home sale. A special accomplishment was being able to close on a short sale with two different lenders involved that previously had three deals fall apart. Showing tenacity and seeing the transaction through was very rewarding and I know it meant a lot to my clients. There's really nothing too big or small that I am willing to do for my clients.One time I took a client's dog to the vet to meet his lady friend for a "date". When I am not selling real estate, I enjoy watching movies, reading and giving back to my community by working with a non-profit to raise funds for a local Oro Valley public library. I'm originally from Chicago, IL and lived many years in Monterey, CA; moving to Arizona has been one of the greatest decisions I ever made!
