I am not from Tucson. I am not even from Arizona. I intentionally moved to Tucson because I love the city. I love the people. I love the climate. And I love the desert. I am here because I want to be, and I want to help people buy and sell their homes.
I was raised in a small farming community in Illinois. I graduated from college in Illinois and started a life crisscrossing the US, living in six states. I have gone through buying and selling homes in many states and have endured corporate moves and self-paid-for moves across the country. I have experienced real estate transactions in each state and appreciate how each state is a little different, but always complicated.
Along the line of my career I was a real estate agent in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area. I have always liked looking at homes and feel gratified when I help someone sell or find their next home. While everyone uses online services to look at homes, there is nothing that replaces walking into a home to get the “feel” of it. I am a firm believer that even though you may have a list of criteria you a looking for in a new home, that can all go out the window when you walk into a home that just “feels” right.
I have been fortunate in my life to travel much of the world. I always enjoy seeing how people really live and of course their home is part of that. I have seen cardboard box homes on the side of the street in India, to penthouse apartments in Manhattan. While the variety of homes is great, they all serve as a place to feel safe, share with loved ones, and call your own.
Home ownership is a big step and can seem overwhelming. Let me help you. Let me guide you through the process, explain any questions you have, consult with you on options, and complete a smooth experience. I look forward to being of service.
