This was my fourth home purchase in the Tucson area and was by far the most seamless process one could expect. During my search for a house of course as we all know TARMLS has most listing available and the first and most important challenge too a buyer is to obtain access to a home of interest for viewing. When working with three other agents in the past from other brokers the first conversation was to get me to sign something that would not allow me to use any other agent. They would also send endless emails of few properties that Meant my stated parameters. Obviously this was very annoying because I was already able to generate the exact search myself with in several MLS search engines. This did nothing but clutter my juck mail. This is why initially I would reluctantly agree to signing or agreeing to this because if they were able to demonstrate their skills and desires in short form I would surely have done so. As we all know, In the present market one needs to be aggressive . ( Number one lesson any real-estate agent should learn is to learn to listen and read their buyer within the first few hours and act accordingly. most think they can but miss out and initially only focus on the numbers first and miss out. ) For example agents would only be available to show houses days after my call and often only during the day. With me and most buyers schedules we have jobs that this would be and was a show stopper. I meant Richard at one of his open houses. we identified my list and in less than an hour he was able to make himself readily available to show me the properties I was interested without any initial mention any disclosure procedures. This showed me that he was not only confident with his primary task and able to read and identify my sincere intent. He immediately became very responsive, informative and direct to my specific needs. He answered all my calls each and every time and made himself available at very short notice. Great Job Richard. This level of customer service is one what every agent should learn to be paramount to any home buyer. Ed my mortgage lender was also very attentive and kept me very informed of the process. He also recognized my busy schedule and made every arrangement possible to meet me at a Long satellite location that was conducive to my place of work and my work schedule. wow this was great. Thanks to both for a job well done and for understanding that every great task in life requires a team effort. I have already passed on both as great recourses to many for their house hunting needs.
