Kevin Kaplan is known as an industry innovator that brings forward thinking vision and change to the real estate community. Kevin has over 11 years of real estate experience including senior leadership positions in marketing, brokerage management, technology and business development. In 2008 Kevin joined Long Companies, which encompasses the brokerage, mortgage, title and insurance operations, and holds the position of Vice President of Marketing, Technology and Training. In this role Kevin leads strategic efforts for marketing, technology and agent training programs, as well as company recruiting efforts. Since coming to Long Companies Kevin has delivered a number of innovative solutions such as a Research Center for local market intelligence and a collaborative intranet site called Long Connects. Kevin is also part of Long’s executive leadership team and provides guidance on long term company vision, planning and strategy. Kevin frequently is asked to share his knowledge and present at key real estate industry conferences.

Prior to joining Long Companies, Kevin was Vice President of Marketing and Business Development for ForeclosureRadar.com, Senior Vice President for Century 21 M&M and Associates and Director of Marketing for Century 21 Real Estate Corporation.

Kevin holds a Bachelors of Arts in Economics from SUNY Stonybrook and an MBA from Dowling College. Kevin also serves on the Board of Directors for Boys & Girls Clubs of Tucson.
