We used Josh to sell a house in LaPaloma. Josh was extremely knowledgeable about the foothills market. He provided excellent advice on pricing the house based on the area, square footage and condition. He made suggestions on improvements needed that could expedite the selling process, due to challenges with the driveway steepness. We were also in contact with his assistant, Amy. She kept us well informed about who was viewing the house, open houses, as well as client feedback. Overall we were glad we utilized Josh's services, and would use him in the future, and recommend him to other sellers or buyers.

Though I'd never met Josh (Waggoner), on the recommendation of a client of his who is a friend of mine, I reached out to him at a time I needed support from a Long agent for a charitable event I was running. It was at that time - in 2010 - I developed a tremendous respect for him.
