I've always been very passionate about serving seniors and have first-hand experience of the complexities involved in helping senior clients "downsize" and get to where they want to go. To better serve and support my clients, I am very proud to have achieved the prestigious Certified Senior Housing Professional (CSHP) designation awarded by the Senior’s Real Estate Institute.

I have become a specialist in active adult communities, which has allowed me to become very sensitive to the obstacles faced by older buyers and sellers. It becomes more than just seeking a house or leaving one. There are factors that go into the process of selling a home; whether it be health related, finances, the loss of a loved one, aging and the need to live closer to family or a move to independent or assisted living. No matter the reason, I understand and can identify with their decisions. I believe in being approachable and maintaining a positive attitude and good sense of humor in this business. I am a good listener, very loyal and a major support system who works very hard for my clients. It is my pleasure to assist with issues even past the contract. If I can help clean up a property to get it ready for sale, I am always more than happy to help in any way I can.

Originally from Illinois and after owning my own business for 25 years in Colorado, I moved to an active adult community in Saddlebrooke. I have loved living and working in this community, with 63 holes of golf (where I play in a weekly golf league), tennis, pickle ball, swimming pools, fitness centers and libraries. It allows me to engage in a variety of activities while staying very involved in my real estate business.

The process of selling a cherished family home and deciding where to live can often span a few years. Wherever you or others you care about may be in that process, it would be my privilege to start a conversation to share suggestions and insights. Feel free to contact me anytime!
