REALTOR - Golder Ranch - Tucson
I specialize in the active adult communities in Northwest Tucson. Because I live and work in one such community, Saddlebrooke, I have insider knowledge of this unique market. Not only am I an expert on the process of relocating to and from a retirement community, but I can also advise my clients on available amenities to help them shape their lifestyle however they see fit.
I graduated from Chapman University in Orange, California with a B.S.B.A. in business, realizing a dream of receiving a college education later in life. During my years of working in the business world, I had experiences in many positions consisting of secretarial work, purchasing, export sales correspondent, small business administration, office management, and property management for an adult community in Beaumont, California. My experience put me in contact with people from all walks of life, each with their own unique needs and circumstances. It is no exaggeration to say that every step on this professional journey helped prepare me to become a REALTOR®.
Originally from Missouri, I also spent time living in California and Texas before finally settling down in Arizona in 2016. The beauty of the Sonoran Desert, coupled with the incredible lifestyle afforded by living in Saddlebrooke, made it easy to think of Arizona as my new home. My time here seems to have flown by in an instant!
In my free time, I enjoy perusing antique shops, searching for bargain sales, and spending time with my cat, Nani. I'm also a deft hand at sewing and quilting; last year, I made two child-size quilts and donated them to a silent auction for a women's group in Orange County, California. If time allows, I would love to do it again year after year!
If you are looking to buy or sell your next home, especially in one of Tucson's active adult communities, please do not hesitate to reach out to me. I look forward to guiding you through this exciting process.
