Since moving to Tucson in 1971, I have fallen in love with the desert and all its beauty; the mountains, the people, the delicious Mexican food, and of course, our U of A Wildcats. But something else that makes this town so special to me are the clients I get to work with in this business. In my over 25 years of being a real estate broker, I am proud to have built a core group of loyal, wonderful people that I not only get to call my clients, but also consider great friends! My golden rule in real estate is to treat my clients as if they are a part of my family by showing a great deal of patience, being warm and compassionate and always lending a listening ear.

Outside of my career, I enjoy spending time with family, especially my grandchildren. Almost everyday, my dog and I jog through my neighborhood and enjoy the early morning – and when I can, sneak away to the beaches of California.

I enjoy working with people and especially love getting to be a part of the process while you find your new dream home. I never get tired of looking at homes and will show my clients as many houses as it takes until they find just the right one. I have watched Tucson grown into what it is now and would love to share that experience with you.

Client Reviews

Debbie Johnson handled my whole house hunting and house buying process expertly. Before we went out, she prepared well, with copies of listings she had found within my price range and criteria. I had also made a list of my own, which she incorporated into hers with just as much prep. Once I made my choice, she walked me through the offer paperwork and offered insights about details I would have missed. During the negotiation process, she guided me through the thought processes of modifying my offer after receiving the counter. Ultimately, things worked out almost exactly as she had suggested. Her long experience was also useful as we waded through the closing process. My loan officer (who seemed equally experienced) was quite impressed with Debbie, as well. In the end, I ended up with a house even better than I had hoped for, on terms that that couldn't have been better. Thanks Debbie.

I have worked with many realtors over the years and Debbie stands out as one of the finest. She is knowledgeable, smart and easy (and fun) to work with. She is an expert negotiator and always gave me excellent advice even in the most complicated circumstances. I never felt pressured to make decisions and always felt she had my best interests at heart. I would recommend her without qualification to anyone.
