My name is Angie Grosz, and I've been helping people with their real estate needs in southeastern Arizona since 2005. I have a background in horses and veterinary medicine, and I earned my Bachelor of Science in Equine Science from Colorado State in 1996. Since the age of 6 I can remember having an interest in real estate. While managing a large Arabian Horse farm here in Tucson in 2004, I decided to pursue a career in real estate. My goal is to eventually become the most recognized Horse Property Specialist in the Tucson area. After working with a "Horse Property Specialist" in Denver several years ago, I realized there was a profound need for knowledgeable horse people in the real estate industry. The skills, education, and equine knowledge I have acquired over the last 25+ years, paired with my real estate experience make me your ideal candidate to represent you in the sale or purchase of equestrian property. I have been involved with several land transactions, all of which were horse property, and multiple residential properties. What I enjoy most about real estate is meeting new clients and forming lasting friendships with them. In this economy and subsequent real estate market, it is vital to continue real estate education as well as stay current with new buying and selling strategies. Every transaction is different, and it is my priority to listen to my clients and focus on their exact real estate needs. Outside of real estate and horses, I enjoy music, art, travel, wine, and the great outdoors. Please contact me, Horsie A, for all your horse property and real estate needs!

Angie worked extremely hard to find us a place, and was incredibly patient as we dragged her all over the place looking at things. On her own initiative she found out that a place which wasn't really in our initial search criteria was about to be listed, and had learned enough about our tastes that she pushed us to look at it. She was right, and that was the house we bought!

I would recommend my agent Angie Groza. I felt like she was looking out for my best interest. When there were questions she didn't wait for me to ask but instead she inquired and got the answers before I even asked. There were questions on the buyers inspection that seemed like the inspector didn't know what they were talking about and Angie worked with buyers agent to get things cleared up.
