Real estate transactions are stressful. There’s serious money involved, and often decades of obligation. Buying a home may be the largest transaction you’ll ever make. Helping reduce stress and anxiety for my clients—both buyers and sellers—is a big part of what I do as a REALTOR®.
It’s not magic, but the result of careful attention to important aspects of the process. Communication is key, so I stay in touch throughout your transaction. I’m also detail-oriented, so I’m always on top of timelines and deadlines, and I make sure you are too. My background includes two decades as a court reporter, and before that I worked as a legal assistant. Paying attention to details, following through, and understanding contracts is second nature for me.
I’m also a strong negotiator. I have advanced training to get the best result for my clients, and, because I work with buyers and sellers, I see transactions from both sides. I’ve represented first-time home buyers and clients in the luxury market. That wide perspective helps produce the smoothest transactions possible. And I personally handle the details, so there are no surprises or miscommunication.
But I never forget the human side. Once I was referred to someone who was renting a home. The owner had approached her about buying the property. She was interested but apprehensive, and just needed a little assistance. I helped her find comparable properties, and referred her to an escrow officer and a title company. The client handled the negotiations and purchased the home.
She was elated to finally be a homeowner. All I did was make it a little easier for her, but that was just what she needed. Communication, negotiation, support. Maybe a little help with staging. That’s what I do. What can I do for you?

Several months ago, we met Angie Dix at an Open House she was holding in Fairfield. We had been visiting Open Houses in the area for weeks and had met many realtors. At the time, we were not really interested in the house Angie had listed but we both commented when we left that we liked her professionalism and upbeat attitude. We were deliberately avoiding connecting with any one realtor, preferring to research on our own for the "house of our dreams".Eventually, we decided to rethink some of the houses we had seen and called Angie to show us her listing again. Long story short, she was all the good things you want a realtor to be; courteous, attentive, knowledgeable about the market and the area, calm and personable. We asked her to show us another house that we ultimately purchased. She was relentless in making the process flow smoothly. She was so good at her job, always going way beyond the expected. We ultimately listed our house with her and had the same positive experience. We wouldn't use anyone else for real estate transactions going forward. She is the best!
Dear Prospective Clients,After 30 years of buying and selling within the real esate industry, we had the privilege of working with Angie Dix. Dealing with realtors is second nature; however the level of honesty and professionalism portrayed by Angie is second to none!Selling a home from 2,000 miles away would have been a significant challenge, nonetheless, our partnership with Angie Dix, made the process as painless as possible. Angie was efficient in her communication as a trustworthy liaison, but also served as a determined advocate throughout our negotiations. Angie Dix has our highest undeniable recommendation, therefore do not hesitate to entrust her with your next real estate endeavor!
I was searching for a buyer's agent and was fortunate to meet Angie at an open house. I appreciated how knowledgeable she was about the area and the properties available. Her quick response to all of my requests was impressive and eased the process of purchasing a home. Angie was critical in assisting me to buy the property I wanted for the price I was willing to pay. I can't say enough good things about Angie, she has a great deal of integrity. You can't go wrong when you use her services.
I would like to thank Angie for all the hard work and time over several months while I looked for a new home. Finally found the right one and she was there for me every step of the way. She actually caught a mistake by the loan people and save me almost $2000on that alone. She is always there and very patient. She knows real estate and I’m very grateful for having her as my agent! I absolutely recommend you talk with her. I’m sure you’ll be thrilled you did!! Thank you Angie!!
Angie inherited our home search from another realtor who had moved into a corporate position. We were a little apprehensive to have to start a whole, new realtor relationship, while working long distance and on a tight travel schedule coming into Tucson. Angie didn’t miss a beat! Besides being knowledgeable with the market and neighborhoods, she was a delight to work with and her honesty in helping us find the perfect place was so refreshing. Angie really wanted us to be happy with our purchase. My husband and I would definitely let Angie assist us again and we whole heartedly recommend her.

Our agent, Angie Dix, was outstanding. Her depth of experience boggled our minds at times. She understands the market and knows where to go to solve our home related issues. She helped us sell a home and purchase another...took the stress away in both processes.
