REALTOR - Irvington and I-19 - Tucson
Real estate isn't a static process. I make it a priority to constantly be learning something new and to be continually growing and evolving with every project I approach, and to pass that knowledge onto my clients. After spending years performing social work and teaching middle and high school students, I've developed a unique, education-oriented approach to real estate that you won't find anywhere else. Real estate is my passion, and the proof is in the results I achieve for my clients. I'm the right agent for you because I'm hardworking, reliable, dedicated, truly listen to the wants and needs of my clients, and have a strong work ethic that compels me to accept nothing less than perfection in everything I do.
My education is what allows me to serve my clients at an extraordinary level. I set high standards for myself, which led me to complete three degrees: a B.A. in Psychology and a B.S. in Family Studies & Human Development from the University of Arizona, and an MEd. in Secondary Education from Plymouth State University. I also possess the highly coveted GRI REALTOR® designation, as well as the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designation and the Seller’s Representative Specialist (SRS) designation, all of which I put to work in service of my clients every day.
As a Tucson native, I know this city inside and out. I know that it's a great place for the type of outdoor activities I enjoy, like hiking, as well as has something for everyone in the downtown/4th Avenue area, like yoga studios and delicious, trendy restaurants. I love my job and spend most of my time working on this passion. A natural homebody, when I'm not working, I like to spend my free time at home with my family. I also enjoy reading, paper crafting, watching movies with my family, spending time with my friends, staying active, and traveling to new countries. I’m also working on visiting all fifty states! I'm lucky enough to share my life with my husband, Eric, my son, Romeo, my Pomeranian, Emmy, and—you can’t forget—our adorable guinea pig, Darwin.
I love helping people and after spending several years of my life working in other careers I thought would help others, I feel like I've finally found a career that allows me to make a tangible difference in people's lives. Real estate is my true calling and something I am extremely passionate about. I look forward to meeting you and finding out how I can help you take the next step in your own journey. Hope to talk soon!

I am extremely pleased with the purchase of my home. Ambrosia Contreras is amazing!! She offered excellent advice, answered every question with understanding, and helped me make informed decisions. I recommend her highly!!
My husband and I were first time home buyers. We didn’t know much about the process but after meeting with Ambrosia, she really helped us to understand it all. We really appreciated her patience and kindness. We looked at plenty of homes and at each home, Ambrosia made sure we were comfortable with the house and if we had concerns, she made sure to address them and really made our experience unforgettable. We can not thank her enough for all her efforts in finding the right home for us. Our 4 year old daughter loves having her own room and a big backyard to play in. We are looking forward to the holidays In our new home. Thank you Ambrosia!!
Ambrosia Contreras made a tedious, potentially disastrous process very manageable and pleasant. It is evident she is hard-working and extremely competent. Everything was done in a timely manner and she communicated with us every step of the way. She was able to answer any question we had for her. I will absolutely continue working with this agent and will recommend her to any family and/or friends looking for an agent.
