The wastewater from the buildings are separated by 3'' (blackwater) and 2'' (greywater) pipes. The blackwater runs through the septic tank and into the leach field. The greywater runs into an underground concrete box, and b underneath trees. As of now only the septic tank and leach field have been installed and approved. The 3" & 2" pipes are stubbed out of each building. The main house was planned to have 35 solar panels and solar hot water panels. The garage was planned to have 33 solar panels and with solar hot water panel as well. Both roofs have had solar wedges installed along with conduit stub ups. Water harvesting can be done by routing the roof drain pipes to a underground cistern tank. Based on average yearly rainfall of 10", you could harvest 29,704 gallons of water from just the garage and main house alone. The well was dug in 2009 and was tested by Columbia Analytical Services. This wells static water is at 52' with submersible pump at 420'. The total well depth is 450'. This is piped 400' to the present temporary location of the pump controller and pressure tank.
