My main expertise in real estate is working with military families that may be relocating to or from the base at MCAS or YPG Yuma AZ. As a wife of a Marine now retired with 20 years of service and having been through the relocation process myself, moving from one duty station to another, my priority to my clients is to make the transition as easy as possible. I am familiar with the whole process and have many links and resources to the Marine base as well as the experience in how the resources work.
I am origionally from England but came to the US in the early 90's. I graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in the Administration of Justice and I believe that education and research makes the home buying and selling experience more productive for both the seller and the buyer. Knowledge is power, and I spend time researching all of the qualities of a property including the advantages and disadvantages because I feel that purchasing a property is one of the most expensive purchases a person makes, so I want to make sure it is the best decision in the interest of my client.
