Stu Schwartz CCS&LS, Broker Associate, has been a Realtor in Tucson since 1973. In 1976 he became a broker and began favoring commercial real estate. He and his wife Shirley Lamden Schwartz syndicated and built small apartment complexes of 14, 15, 18, 24 and 48 units.  Shirley did the property management while Stu marketed larger apartment complexes. Stu’s experiences throughout the years included numerous 1031 tax deferred exchanges, commercial pad selections for fast food operations,self-storage   units, retail space, and business opportunity.

Shirley and Stu are a husband and wife team with a total of over 60 years of full time commitment to real estate.  Stu’s expertise, education and varied experience and Shirley’s people and management skills makes them a strong team.  Shirley is a CRS, a vice president of Long Realty and a former member of the Board of Directors for the Tucson Board of Realtors. She is a graduate of Farleigh Dickson University and did graduate work at Smith College . Their dedication to their clients has earned them their clients loyalty with repeated transactions in both residential and commercial real estate.
