Ron specializes in Commercial Investment Brokerage, Commercial Leasing, Consulting and Buyer & Tenant Exclusive Representation with 34 years in Commercial Brokerage, Commercial Office Management, Real Estate Consulting and Commercial Property Management & Maintenance. 

One of Arizona's Senior CCIM Designees, Ron has been Designated Broker and General Manager for several Prominent Full Service Commercial Real Estate Companies prior to joining Long Realty and is the Senior Commercial Associate Broker at Long Realty's Tanque Verde Office.

Early in his career, prior to opening his own Full Service Company in 1984, Ron served as Broker for an International Investment Group, as Regional Manager and Broker for a Real Estate Investment Trust, and as Broker for a Major Southwest Commercial Developer.

A Graduate of The University of Arizona in '68, School of Architecture in '74, earning the designation CCIM(Certified Commercial Investment Member) in '79, Certified Real Estate Appraiser in '80, ABR in '85 and CRE (Counselor Of Real Estate) in '86, Ron was an active 'fee based' real estate consultant from 1986 to 1997.

A decorated Army Officer in Military Intelligence with the 4th Armored Cavalry, Ron was in Command & General Staff from 1968 to 1970.

Ron is the Creator and Course Developer/ Instructor of the new Certified Commercial Specialist ( CCS ) program, being offered State Wide through C. David McVay School in Sponsorship with LandAmerica & Title Security.  The program is designed specifically to meet our Commissioner's concerns regarding individual licensees selling or leasing commercial properties outside their area of expertise.

Honoring the Campbell Family Tradition (circa Campbell Avenue 1936) as a 5th Generation Realtor in The Arizona Territory since 1890 and Statehood.
