This a very distinctive property that has been a family home, apartments, and a restaurant. The last use was a restaurant. It is in C1 zoning and there are so few uses in the code the buyer will probably have to get a cond. use. I believe the Town will work with a buyer and the P&Z is working on changes to the code.
