REALTOR - West Valley - Sun City West
You should know a little about your real estate agent so here's some information about me.
I was born and raised in Portland, Oregon, retiring to Sun City West in 1995. My previous twenty plus year career was as Director of Security for Nordstrom and May Department Stores. Yes, I caught crooks, but I absorbed marketing skills and legal expertise that has served me well in contracts and negotiations today.
Retirement didn't last long for me. I became a full-time Realtor® in 1997, selling my first house the first day, and I have specialized in our retirement communities ever since.
My husband is a retired Sergeant from the Portland Police Bureau. I have two daughters and four grandchildren who remain in the Pacific Northwest.
My Education and Designations:
University of Portland, Bachelor's Degree in Law Enforcement
Full-Time Realtor® since 1997
GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute) Designation
SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) Designation

This is the second time we have worked with Lynn and find her to be the very best in SCW! She makes house selling & buying so easy because of her knowledge of what's on the market.
Lynn is the consumate proffessional...honest, helpful and straightforward. My wife and I both fel her cutomer service was outstanding!
Lynn has helped us with two homes - she was thorough & professional. We would recommend Lynn, which actually we did, and she handled their deal as well.
Lynn sold our home for more than the asking price in only two weeks. Amazing.
Lynn Verhuil is a very competent and caring realtor. She is a real pleasure to deal with as she knows her product and ensures she understands her client’s needs.
13 years ago I was introduced by friends to Lynn Verheul and went out house "Looking" with her I was on a business trip and had limited time so we say about 6 houses or so and went back to the first house we had looked at that day. The following day I committed to that house and we have lived in it for the past 13 years. Years later Lynn told us she thought what kind of "nut" is this guy buying a house without his wife even seeing it. Well over the years we have referred a few customers to her and then we put that first house up for sale and called Lynn first. She is top notch and even in the process of selling this house she had a couple of first time experiences. Lynn is the best.
