I pride myself on being a REALTOR® with a multidisciplinary background. Not only am I experienced in buying and selling homes, but I am also co-owner of TALAVERA HOMES, a homebuilding company established in 1990. My time spent as a general contractor has become an invaluable asset to me as a REALTOR®, as I am able to advise my clients on issues concerning home construction, adding new features, making repairs, and improving the curb appeal of their property.

My business and financial background help me to understand the mortgage loan and credit process, which in turn helps me explain it to my real estate clients. I also bring twenty-four years of experience in retail banking to the table, which I combine with my strong interpersonal skills and unrelenting work ethic to provide my clients with top-rate customer service. I am a bilingual Spanish speaker, and I have experience working with properties of all values. I truly try to make every working relationship I have into something special, whether it's accommodating a long-distance arrangement or hand-boxing personal heirlooms on behalf of a displaced client.

My proudest moment as a REALTOR® was when I helped a client who had been searching for over six months find a home that checked all of her boxes. We ran into a snag when the price was higher than she had budgeted, but through my research and diligent negotiation with the seller's agent, we were able to secure the home at the right price for my buyer. Win-win!

My family and friends would describe me as smart, respectful, honest, friendly, trustworthy, and outgoing. I love getting together with my loved ones and sharing good food, fun, and laughter. I also love curling up with a good book, as well as traveling and learning about different people, places, and cultures. I am fortunate enough to have a husband (and Salsa dancing partner) of forty-two years, as well as two beautiful granddaughters—my life is complete! In support of continuing education for all children, my husband and I provide scholarships for needy scholars to attend Pima Jr. College.

I love this friendly mountain town we live in, sweltering summer heat and all. I'm sure you will too once we find you the perfect property!

Client Reviews

Outstanding focus to details from Linda Talavera. Quality and hard work to get the deal completed on what was a large project that involved more moving parts beyond the traditional sale. Our home sold for close to $1M and Linda provided A-La -Cart agent representation to close the sale. A Skilled professional with excellent results. Thank you Linda!
