REALTOR - Sierra Vista
After my years of service in the U.S. Army, I moved into a career in real estate after seeing how successful my wife was as an agent herself. I've called Sierra Vista my home for over 43 years, and bring a wealth of experience in this market to my job as a REALTOR®. I strongly believe in protecting and representing my clients' interests throughout the entire buying and selling process.
I specialize in rural properties and lots with extensive land. I have a knack for understanding the types of clients who require that sort of property, and can hone in on the right home for them by listening to their needs. My certifications include the GRI and CRS designations, the Realtor of the Year award, and service as the past president of SAAR. I also perform regular charity work with the Long Realty Cares Foundation, as well as Veterans' associations.
When I'm not working, I enjoy taking trips on my motorcycle—there's something powerful about being on two wheels and feeling the open road stretch out in front of you. I like to perform mechanical work on both motorcycles and cars, having done so professionally in the past. I also enjoy hiking, which Arizona is fantastic for, thanks to its abundance of mountain trails and temperate climate. My indoor activity of choice is reading.
I have always enjoyed serving people, and my job as a REALTOR® gives me a direct avenue toward helping the people in my community. It would be my pleasure to serve you by guiding you through the real estate process. Please do not hesitate to contact me today!

Jess Valentine is great, efficient and conscientious. Willing to go the extra mile.
Because of the circumstances of my selling/buying simultaneously, it was necessary in my opinion to go "above and beyond", and Jesse Valentine certainly did that. He was very helpful, courteous and professional, and very patient. He answered each and every of the many questions I had, giving thought and consideration before doing so. Jesse worked well with the realtor representing the sale of my property, with the seller's realtor of my new purchase, and with my lender to make this transaction happen with as little pain as possible. He fielded the little snags (like a missing appraisal and a possible loss of a locked-in interest rate), putting my mind at ease. Jesse earned my trust, and my respect. I would certainly recommend him to anyone looking for a good experience in selling or purchasing a home.
