Dear Mr. Murphy:

I write this letter as testimony to the professional service I received from licensed realtor, Mrs. Anjelina Belakovskaia.

Late last year I contacted Mrs. Belakovskaia about the possibility of purchasing investment property in Tucson, Arizona.  I had learned of Mrs. Belakovskaia through her website.  My goal was to purchase at least two homes in the area and I sought a realtor who could professionally represent my interests, effectively address my concerns, and provide insightful market analysis.  The task would be challenged by a work assignment that for several months would often leave me inaccessible.

Disappointed repeatedly in the past by other realtors whom I had contracted, I straightforwardly asked Mrs. Belakovskaia how she intended to serve me and whether she was up to the challenge of representing an out-of-state buyer who would not be able to inspect first-hand the property he would purchase.  I was not seeking a realtor, I explained, but an investment advisor.  Although Mrs. Belakovskaia's experience as a realtor was limited at the time, I left the conversation impressed with her credentials, intelligence, market awareness, enthusiasm and honesty.

Mrs. Belakovskaia exceeded all my expectations.  She was prompt in her all dealings, met all deadlines, effectively anticipated and addressed potential problems, provided comprehensive market and urban analysis, and, through it all, was kind, honest, pleasant and upbeat.  She has proven herself by far the most professional, intelligent, efficient, and hard working realtor with whom I have ever dealt.  Her performance was such that toward the end of my search, I would entrust her with the power to make decisions I would otherwise be unable to make because of my inaccessibility. 

In January 2005 I purchased my first house in Tucson.  I rented it the following month.  My experience has been nothing but satisfying.  With all sincerity, the success of my investment would not have been possible if it were not for the exceptional service I received from Mrs. Belakovskaia.  I have asked her to represent me in future real estate matters and look forward to a long, prosperous relationship.
